The customer
Klinika Lux is a 6-room dermatology + aesthetic clinic in Wrocław. Their Meta Ads promote specific procedures (botox, laser hair removal, hyaluronic acid fillers). Before Mochu, the reception desk fielded 50+ phone calls/day, half of them just 'how much for procedure X?'.
The problem
Reception is the bottleneck. Two receptionists, both juggling check-ins and Facebook comments and DMs and phone calls. Half the day was answering 'cena za laser nóg?' or 'ile za botox?' — questions that should be a one-line DM.
What changed with Mochu
Mochu Pro. Built a custom 'procedure → price + duration' table in Mochu's settings. When a comment asks about a procedure, the bot DMs the full price + duration + a booking link.
The result
45 additional consultations booked per month via the bot-DM funnel. Reception phone-call volume dropped 40% in 6 weeks — most pricing questions now self-serve. The clinic owner Agnieszka Michalak says reception finally has bandwidth to handle in-person VIP patients properly.

Is GDPR an issue for medical clinics?
Mochu is GDPR-compliant and signs a DPA with medical clinics on request. We don't process health data — only the comment + first name + a procedure name. Actual patient records stay in the clinic's medical system.
